Q5. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
A. It usually takes 3-7 days, depending on the quantity.

Q6. About logistics?
A. Usually ,we ship the products by express , But we can arrange shipment according to your need.
Q7. What's the wavelength of the UV Curing LED Lamp?
A. The wavelength of UV LED Lamp usually are 365-405nm, thewavelength for inkjet printer is 395nm,

385/395nm for printing machine, 365nm for UV glue.
Q8. What's the brand of LED chip you use?
A. The LED chip brand we use are LG, Epileds, Seoul
Q9. What's the materials of the lamp and lens ?
A. The materials of lamp is Aluminum, and the lens are quartz.

Q10. Is there any discount for bulk order?
A. Yes, if you need bulk order or you want customized products, we can provide wholesale price.

Q11. How to choose UV LED light source?
A: Lumens(LM), light efficiency (LM/W), Life span (hrs) are very important factors when choosing LED light source. The higher, the better. Besides, brand of LED chip, LED base and other materials will influence the product reliability.

Matters needing attention
1) The welding time should not exceed 3S;
2) Welding temperature should be less than 260 degrees Celsius.
3) Reflow welding is allowed only once.
4) When welding, distinguish positive and negative polarity, and avoid lens to avoid damage to lens.
5) Do a good job of heat dissipation measures, especially high-power UVLED as far as possible to ensure adequate radiator area.
6) In order to prolong the lifetime of ultraviolet light emitting diodes, it is recommended to use a stable constant current driving power supply or IC instead of a constant voltage driving power supply or IC.
