Q5. Can the brightness of the UV lamp be adjusted?
A: Yes, the brightness can be adjusted between 0-100%.
Q6. What is the minimum order quantity?
A: Our minimum order quantity is 10 units. If you need, we can do OEM/ODM.
Q7. How many days does it take to prepare the order?
A: Normal order takes 3-7 days, customized product cycle is 15-20 days
Q8. Are all pictures taken in real life?
A: Yes, all product pictures on this page are 100% real shots by us.
Q9. What is the wavelength of the UV curing LED lamp?
A: The wavelength of UV LED lamp is usually 365-405nm, and the wavelength of inkjet printer is 395nm.
Print 385/395nm machine, 365nm is used for UV glue.
Q10. What brand of LED chip do you use?
A: The brands of LED chips we use are LG, Epileds, Seoul.
Q11. What is the material of the lamp and lens?
A: The lamp tube is made of aluminum and the lens is quartz.
Q12. What is the lifespan of UV LEDs?
A: The life of the LED chip is 20,000 hours. If you pay attention to its usage during use, it can generally be used for 2-3 years.
